Description
Cluster Dextrin is a carbohydrate-based supplement in powder of Cluster Dextrin™, a cutting-edge carbohydrate of highly branched cyclic dextrin. This product is suitable for adult sportsmen who perform intense and prolonged physical exercise. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after intense and prolonged physical exercise, which leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. A beneficial effect is seen with the consumption of a quantity of carbohydrates (from every source) equal to 4 g per kg of body weight. The consumption has to start within 4 hours after an intense and prolonged workout and to finish within 6 hours after the workout).

Do not exceed recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Food supplement not to be used as a substitute of a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

How to use
Mix a measuring cup (30 grams) with 150 ml water and take it once a day.
