The body of the ball is formed of 32 panels of 3.5 mm soft polyurethane, assembled with high-density machine stitching that offers resistance to abrasion. Structural stability is guaranteed by 2 nylon layers that wrap around the internal bladder.

Materials and construction specifications

The bladder is laminated with winding thread and fitted with a high-quality butyl valve for optimal retention. The product is made using nitrogen-free inks, compliant for prolonged use as professional football equipment.

Pressure management and maintenance

To maintain the optimal performance of these training balls, it is recommended to keep the internal pressure between 0.6 and 0.8 bar. The integrated valve allows for quick inflation management to preserve the longevity of the materials.
