The Garmin GT8HW‑TM is a transom-mount (or trolling motor mount) transducer with a durable plastic housing and 8‑PIN connector. It uses CHIRP High Wide sonar technology, operating in the 145–230 kHz frequency range with a peak power of 250 W. It delivers high-definition bottom images, sharp fish arches and wide target separation, ideal for anglers in shallow to medium-depth waters (depth up to ~240 m, or 800 ft).
Versatile installation with included mounts
The transducer comes with both transom mount and trolling motor mount brackets, complete with a stainless steel clamp and mounting screws. Suitable for hulls with a deadrise angle between 0° and 70°.
