Dyneema a universal fiber

Dyneema is a high strength fiber that is used in a variety of industries due to its exceptional mechanical properties. Developed and patented about 30 years ago by a Dutch company. DSM, specializing in advanced materials.

The manufacturing process of Dyneema involves the polymerization of ethylene to obtain filaments of high density polyethylene.
